Trilogy is more than we could have imagined. It is 2 parts which together make an amazing, unique concept. First we have the restaurant where Chef Jesica prepares a menu of continental american cuisine with wordly influences (Voted one of Boulder's Top Restaurants-Boulder Weekly-2001). Enjoy a warm, relaxing, and eclectic setting where you can sit at a table, a booth, or in one of our cozy couches. Trilogy has over 100 wines on the list of wines from around with over 40+ wines by the list. (Voted best wine list in Boulder- Boulder Weekly 2000 & 2001) We also have a full bar with some of the best martini's in town! Trilogy offers happy hour everyday from 5p-7p with food, wine, and cocktail specials. What makes Trilogy even more exceptional is a beautiful music venue located in a separate back room. It is 150+ capacity room with a big stage, midnight blue walls, a red velvet backdrop behind the stage, starlights hanging from the ceiling and plenty of room for dancing.
