Compass is a great stage to feature Chef John Fraser's take on food and dining. He has created a culture of hospitality in the restaurant the starts from the time the customer calls until the time they leave with their coat. The facilities at Compass are more that antiquate to feature his regional style of cooking: All American focused on the Northeast. He still works with the fisherman and farms that he formed relationships with when he was a cook in Long Island, and looks to highlight the ingredients that the makes the Northeast a great place to eat and live.
