Victor owes all his success to his early passion for being a House Music DJ at an early age. Throughout high school, he frequented parties featuring Chicago House Music Legends, and many others. He finally had a chance to break into the scene at age 20 as the Friday and Saturday resident DJ at a popular Chicago nightclub. It was that career move that launched his radio debut on Chicago WJPC as an On-Air Personality and Mix DJ in 1993. Victor, best known as the dynamic On-Air personality, "The Dizz", has been a driving force behind Chicago's music scene since the early 1990s. During his tenure from 1995 to 2007, at Chicago's largest urban radio station, WGCI 107.5FM, he co-hosted their #1 ranked prime-time evening slot, entertaining thousands weekly with in-depth celebrity interviews, lively commentary, and phone-in conversation, and the latest in urban contemporary music. He has interviewed leading artists such as Roy Ayers, Joe Jackson, Smokey Robinson, El DeBarge, Janet Jackson, and Jay-Z, to name a few. Victor was recently on WSRB Soul 106.3 before they became an all talk radio station. Monday through Thursday from 6pm to 8pm he played popular and classic music while discussing very entertaining and important topics. Then there was the most popular and talked about show in it's time slot - The Friday Night Basement Party. Each hour between 7 PM and 12 AM Victor featured a different genre of classic and new music. Victor is said to be solely responsible for bringing Chicago Classic House music back to the air waves. Now in 2010 he has hosted three very successful House Music events and is ready for the next level - producing music. In addition he would like an opportunity to put his vast knowledge of music and artist to further use by working as a Dance/Classic House Music DJ, Programmer or Consultant for an Internet radio station.
