"DJ Pumpkin Patch is a party in a box. Open that box and you will DANCE. It will hurt and you will sweat, but you won’t want it to stop. Pumpkin Patch finds the hottest disco and electro tracks, the most celebrated Top 40 Dance and Hip Pop tracks, the nastiest ghettotech and sleazehop vocals, and the bootiest booty-bass beats, and mashes it all up into seamless and musical party mixes. As a student in Indiana University’s Recording Arts program, Pumpkin Patch was known for throwing the hottest dance parties on campus – packed wall to wall and bumpin’. Recently graduated into the real world, The Patch has quickly garnered international acclaim with features in URB Magazine in Los Angeles, Pimp Magazine and Fact Magazine in London, and Rraurl.com in Brazil, to name a few. DJ Pumpkin Patch is also one of the forces driving the young Dgenetics Musics record label, which is being hailed as the US answer to dominant indie labels Kitsune, Modular, and Ed Banger overseas. |
