Jay Lumen was the star guest – and had great success – on the first day of Sanctuary’s season ending weekend. Dubai’s number one, and biggest club musters exclusively the most acknowledged names week in week out, which happened this time, too. With his ascending career Jay Lumen strenghtens the new generation and belongs to nowadays’ quite requested DJs. Can’t be proved better, than he was a star guest of the closing weekend’s first day. Funnily we can say, Jay was opening the Sanctuary’s two-day season ending event, while on the second day Sasha and Digweed paid honour to the club. Sanctuary is being a legend in Dubai, and besides the famously high-standard events, it lies in one of the most beautiful zones of the city. In fact, the club is a part of Atlantis, The Palm hotel and resort, and as its name signs, it can be found on the typical Palm Islands. In the past we have heard many news of the hotel, like: - such celebrities as David Beckham, Denzel Washington, Charlize Theron or Robert De Niro attended on the official launch, and the event included Kylie Minouge’s debut concert there - the biggest marine aquarium of the world can be found in Atlantis, it is visible both from the hotel rooms and inside walking streets - it is Dubai’s currently most expensive hotel, extending on 46 hectares in the middle of the Palm Islands Well, Jay was staying in this hotel during his travel. He was welcomed and handled really as a celebrity, although he didn’t have any special claims, extra drinks, food or plus service. „It’s maybe one of my best experiences.” – Jay said – „Although it was my second time in Dubai as a guest, playing in the number one club with such names on one weekend is definitely a great privilege to me. Not to mention my fantastic room and high-level service. My room had beautiful view to the ocean, and if I looked down I could see the aquarium and its marine life. It was fabulous. And a little bit strange, how much the organizers has done to make me feel well. I only had to deal with playing music. Thanks for everything for them and of course for the audience. .... but don’t run too much ahead. Already two interviews were waiting for him before his arrival. At first for one of Dubai’s top newspapers’ night life section, and after for a programme magazine. So the two-day event was quite picked up by the media. All tables and VIP rooms were reserved for the party, one and a half week before the event. So actually it’s no wonder that Jay’s party was such a big success with full house, even with a ticket price being equal to 50 USD. These times we can see, how much Dubai – well-known of its religious tradition and rules - can break out at night. In Dubai’s life it was a night again, surrounded with fantastic twinkling, luxury and party... |
