For your convenience, clubZone.com runs special New Years Eve ticket pick-up centers in Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver and Los Angeles. Here you can either pick-up tickets you've purchased online, or purchase tickets by credit card (no cash). Keep in mind there can often be a stampede of people picking up tickets late on Dec 31st, so the earlier in the day you can get there, the better ;) For ticket pick-ups, be sure to bring your photo ID and the credit card that was used to purchase your tickets.

Please note that each event & ticket has different pick-up and shipping options; read each event option carefully. ie: Some events have advance pick-ups and FedEx shipping, while some events are will-call only (pick up at the door).

New Years Ticket Pickup Faq's

Can I purchase tickets at this location as well?
Yes you can, although it is highly recommended to purchase your tickets in advance online or by phone as most NYE events will be sold out before New Years Eve.  Please note that only credit card purchases will be accepted (no cash or debit).

What do I need to pick up my tickets?
When picking up tickets please bring a valid photo ID and the credit card used to make the purchase.

I bought my tickets using a friend's credit card. Can I come by and pick them up?
Only the credit card holder can pick up tickets. This is standard industry policy to protect against fraudulent credit card use. Credit card owners are responsible for all purchases made on their card as per their agreement with their credit card companies.
